U.S. President Donald Trump made a notable statement regarding the Israel-Iran war. Addressing Iran, Trump said, "Iran is not winning this war. They should negotiate before it’s too late."

TRUMP: IRAN MUST NEGOTIATE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE
Addressing Iran, Trump stated that Tehran needs to come to the negotiating table. Trump said, "Iran is not winning this war. They must negotiate before it's too late."
"I HOPE THERE WILL BE AN AGREEMENT"
Meanwhile, while leaving the White House for the G7 summit in Canada, Trump responded to reporters' questions, reiterating what he had previously stated on social media: "I hope there will be an agreement."
Trump continued: "I think the time has come for an agreement, and we will see what happens. But sometimes they need to work things out among themselves."
In response to a journalist's question, "Do you agree with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on reaching an agreement with Iran?" Trump said, "We understand each other very well. And I think we have great respect for each other." In response to another question, Trump reiterated that the U.S. would do what is necessary to defend Israel if needed.
