Following the wind that has been effective since the morning hours in Bartın, swimming was banned on 19 beaches along the 59-kilometer coastline.
In the city, where the air temperature dropped to 29 degrees with rain, red flags were raised on lifeguard towers at the Blue Flag beach of İnkumu. Lifeguards warned the few citizens who entered the water and ensured they came out.
10 PEOPLE RESCUED FROM DROWNING AT THE LAST MOMENT
Meanwhile, 10 people who were in danger of drowning since the morning hours in the İnkumu holiday resort were rescued by lifeguards.
