In an operation targeting private healthcare institutions in Elazığ on charges of "document forgery," 23 suspects, including doctors, nurses, and a hospital board chairman, were detained.
Under the coordination of the Elazığ Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an operation was carried out by teams from the Elazığ Provincial Gendarmerie Command KOM Branch Directorate, targeting Elazığ Medikal Hospital, Eyşan Özgü Care Center, and Dünya Dialysis Center within the scope of 'document forgery'.
HOSPITAL OWNER ALSO AMONG THOSE DETAINED
In the simultaneous operation conducted in the early hours of the morning, 23 suspects, including doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and public personnel, were detained. It was learned that detailed searches were carried out at 18 homes and 3 workplaces, and all documents were seized.
Within the scope of the ongoing investigation, it was reported that the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elazığ Medikal Hospital and Private Doğu Anadolu Hospital, Op. Dr. Ali Ş., was also caught and detained by teams in Kırıkkale.
