It has been suggested that a comprehensive 15-point agreement will be negotiated as part of the initiative launched by the U.S. for a one-month ceasefire with Iran. Meanwhile, the U.S. military has deployed an additional 10,000 troops for a possible ground operation against Iran, on top of the more than 50,000 soldiers already in the Middle East.

As tensions continue between the US and Iran, it has been claimed that the Washington administration is working on a one-month temporary ceasefire plan. According to a report by Al Arabiya, citing Israel's Channel 12, the process is being led by US President Donald Trump's Special Representative Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

The report stated that during the planned ceasefire period, the parties aim to negotiate a comprehensive agreement consisting of 15 articles. The draft includes critical issues such as the complete elimination of Iran's nuclear program, the transfer of uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the decommissioning of nuclear facilities.

15-ARTICLE AGREEMENT ON THE AGENDA

The draft also includes provisions for limiting Iran's ballistic missile activities, halting support for militia groups in the region, and keeping the Strait of Hormuz open. In return, there are also notable points such as the lifting of sanctions and support for civilian nuclear programs. However, no official confirmation regarding the plan has been made.

According to information from Al Hadath, also citing Israel's Channel 12, the following titles are included in the 15-article agreement draft:

1 - The automatic removal of the threat of re-imposing sanctions

2 - The complete elimination of Iran's current nuclear capacity

3 - Iran's commitment that it "will never seek nuclear weapons"

4 - The prohibition of any nuclear enrichment activities on Iranian soil

5 - The delivery of enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)

6 - The decommissioning and destruction of nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow

7 - Granting full access to all information to the IAEA

8 - Iran's abandonment of its "proxy forces" strategy

9 - The cessation of funding and arms support to militia groups in the region

10 - Keeping the Strait of Hormuz open without closure

11 - The postponement of decisions regarding the ballistic missile program

12 - The use of ballistic missiles solely for defensive purposes

13 - The lifting of all sanctions against Iran

14 - Support for the development of civilian nuclear programs in Bushehr

15 - The automatic cancellation of the threat of reapplying sanctions

THOUSANDS OF TROOPS DEPLOYED TO THE REGION

While diplomatic efforts continue, the US military has increased its military presence in the Middle East. In addition to the current force of over 50,000 troops, thousands of Marines and paratroopers have been sent to the region. Units supported by fighter jets, helicopters, and armored vehicles are on standby for a possible ground operation. It has been claimed that the US may particularly target the strategically important Hark and Qeshm islands of Iran. These areas are among the critical points in terms of Iran's energy infrastructure and military capacity.

IRAN DOES NOT TRUST THE US

According to Axios, Iran does not trust the Trump administration in potential talks with the US. Therefore, the Iranian side wants to conduct the negotiations with Vice President J.D. Vance. It is suggested that the talks, planned to be mediated by Turkey, Pakistan, and Egypt, could take place in Pakistan this week.

HARSH MESSAGE FROM IRAN

The spokesperson for the Hatem al-Anbiya Central Command of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards harshly criticized the US in a statement. The spokesperson closed the door to the possibility of compromise by saying, "Do not call your defeat an agreement," emphasizing that Iran will not back down.
