In Zonguldak, another 3-story building next to a building that had partially collapsed due to heavy rain last Sunday collapsed. Kenan Akçaarman, who was trapped under the rubble, was rescued injured and taken to hospital, while search and rescue operations were launched for his sister, 74-year-old Türkan Akçaarman. The elderly woman's lifeless body was removed from the rubble.

3-STOREY BUILDING COLLAPSED
The incident occurred on Sütliyen Street in Meşrutiyet Neighborhood. Last Sunday, a partial collapse occurred in an unused two-storey abandoned building in the area due to heavy rain, and cracks were detected in the retaining walls in front of the building. In the evening hours, another 3-storey building in the area collapsed.
Upon notification, AFAD, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Kenan Akçaarman, who was trapped under the rubble, was rescued injured as a result of the teams' work. After the first intervention by medical teams, Akçaarman was taken to hospital.
ONE PERSON IS IN THE RUBBLE
It was learned that three siblings lived in the house and that one of the siblings, Kemal Akçaarman, was not at home during the collapse. Rescue efforts continue to save Türkan Akçaarman, who is trapped under the rubble.
