Fatih Erbakan, Chairman of the New Welfare Party, reacted to Azerbaijan's entry ban on 31 Turkish citizens, including himself. Addressing Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Erbakan called for the lifting of the headscarf ban on students in the country. Also criticizing the hosting of Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Baku, Erbakan said, 'After hosting the Zionist killer Herzog in Baku, you have become unable to see your true friends.'
After Azerbaijan's decision to ban 31 Turkish citizens from entering the country, Fatih Erbakan made a statement.
Sharing on his social media account and tagging Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Erbakan called for the removal of the headscarf ban for students.
Erbakan said, "Mr. Ilham Aliyev! Just lift the headscarf ban for students in Azerbaijan, and we can do without coming."

Also criticizing the hosting of Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Azerbaijan, Erbakan used harsh words directed at Aliyev.
Erbakan expressed his reaction with the words, "After hosting the Zionist killer Herzog in Baku, your eyes no longer see your true friends. That should be enough for you!"

Emphasizing the historical and cultural ties between Turkey and Azerbaijan, Erbakan stated that the brotherhood between the two countries is independent of political administrations.
