4 arrests in drug investigation involving celebrities! Among them is İlyas Yalçıntaş

The Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has arrested and sent to prison four suspects, including singer İlyas Yalçıntaş, who were detained as part of a drug investigation targeting celebrities.

A new operation was carried out by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command based on allegations that suspects known in the public as artists, actors, businessmen and operators used drugs and stimulants, facilitated drug use, or provided locations.

25 INDIVIDUALS DETAINED

In the operation to capture the suspects, 25 people, including Sıla Gençoğlu, İlyas Yalçıntaş, Mehmet Fatih Aksoy, Ateş İnce, Şefik Ömer Dolman, Aybüke Aldere, Ayşe Nur Balcı, İrem Haznedar, and Öner Faruk Işık, were detained by gendarmerie teams.

SAMPLES TAKEN AT THE FORENSIC MEDICINE INSTITUTE

After their questioning at the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command was completed, 12 suspects, including famous singer Sıla Gençoğlu and İlyas Yalçıntaş, were referred to the Forensic Medicine Institute to provide blood and hair samples. Following the tests, the 12 suspects were taken to the courthouse to give statements to the prosecutor.

ARREST REQUEST FOR İLYAS YALÇINTAŞ AND 4 SUSPECTS

Among the suspects, Mehmet Fatih Aksoy and Hazal Eylem İpek Şafak were released after their procedures at the gendarmerie and the Forensic Medicine Institute. Among the suspects sent to the courthouse, Ayşenur Balcı, Ömer Faruk Işık, Şefik Ömer Dolma, Orhan Yıldız, and famous singer İlyas Yalçıntaş, who had a precision scale at his home, were referred to the duty magistrate with a request for arrest.

ALL SENT TO PRISON

Following the judicial questioning, suspects İlyas Yalçıntaş, Ayşe Nur Balcı, Orhan Yıldız, and Şefik Ömer Dolman were arrested and sent to prison. Suspect Öner Faruk Işık was released under judicial control. Meanwhile, it was learned that judicial procedures for some suspects are ongoing.
