TEAMS ON ALERT
The incident occurred around 15:15 on the Şile Macera Park coast. According to the information obtained, 5 people who entered the sea were in danger of drowning. Upon the report of those who noticed the situation, Coast Guard, fire brigade, and health teams were dispatched to the region.
4 PEOPLE WERE RESCUED BUT...
As a result of the teams' efforts, 4 people were rescued, while A.M. (54), who was swept out to sea, disappeared. While the Coast Guard boat continues its search efforts at sea, fire brigade teams are also supporting the search operations.
THEIR RELATIVES WAIT WITH HOPE
In the efforts, in which volunteer search and rescue teams also participated, searches were intensified around the Şile Karakiraz area and its surroundings.
