9 'immunity motions' regarding 7 deputies, including CHP Deputy Group Chairman Özgür Özel, were sent to the Parliament.

A total of 9 official letters prepared for the removal of parliamentary immunity of 9 deputies, including three files belonging to CHP Group Chairman and Manisa Deputy Özgür Özel, were submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) Presidency. The letters were referred to the Joint Commission composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.

According to the letters, the deputies for whom the removal of parliamentary immunity is requested are as follows:

CHP Group Chairman and Manisa Deputy Özgür Özel (3 separate files), CHP Aydın Deputy Hüseyin Yıldız, CHP Istanbul Deputy Suat Özçağdaş, New Road Party Ankara Deputy Mesut Doğan, CHP Istanbul Deputy Oğuz Kaan Salıcı, CHP Ordu Deputy Mustafa Adıgüzel, CHP Izmir Deputy Murat Bakan.
