In the television program he attended, Mustafa Adıgüzel touched upon the cold winds between the intra-party opposition and the current administration within CHP, directly addressing Özgür Özel and his aides, who were removed from office by the court's decision. Adıgüzel used the following statements:
"I am calling on Özgür Özel and his friends: Try 'normalization' a bit on us too, get an appointment properly and let's confide together. Why are you badmouthing us on the streets, why are you making the General Chairman shout 'traitor'? The term 'traitor' should not be used so cheaply; I condemn everyone who makes this label on Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu."
LEGAL PROCESS INDICATED FOR THE CONGRESS DATE
Putting an end to the debates on the extraordinary congress, which the party base and political public opinion have been watching, Adıgüzel stated that the process is progressing entirely according to a legal calendar. Emphasizing that they will remain faithful to the statements made earlier by General Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Ordu Deputy Adıgüzel continued his speech as follows:
"The congress issue has already been clearly announced by our esteemed General Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. This congress will be held within the shortest time legally permitted by the court's precautionary decision. There have been many unfounded discussions outside regarding legal requirements and timing; however, as our General Chairman has emphatically stressed, the process will proceed at the earliest and shortest time allowed by legal procedures."
