OVERTURNED TRUCK ENTERS GAS STATION MARKET
The accident occurred in Çakırca Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, the coal-laden truck with license plate 11 AAJ 500, driven by Kutret K. (52), went out of control and crashed into a gas station on the road. The overturned truck first knocked over the fuel pumps and then entered the market inside the station.
ONE DEAD, TWO INJURED
In the accident, Erdinç Cirit, who was shopping in the market, lost his life, while market employee İbrahim Y. and driver Kutret K. were injured.
Upon notification, numerous gendarmerie, AFAD, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. While the gendarmerie took extensive security measures in the area, the injured were taken to the hospital after first aid at the scene. The lifeless body of Erdinç Cirit, who died while shopping, was taken to the morgue after the prosecutor's investigation.
The gendarmerie launched an investigation into the accident.
