The wildfires sweeping across the USA continue despite all interventions. A forest fire in one of the luxury neighborhoods of Los Angeles is ongoing in 6 different areas, and it is reported that the fires have also spread to New York.

The toll of the fire is worsening by the hour. According to officials, 11 people have lost their lives so far, and more than 10,000 homes and buildings have been reduced to ashes.

On the other hand, U.S. President Joe Biden stated in his remarks regarding the fires that casualties may increase. Noting that the effects of the fire currently remind Los Angeles of a "war scene," Biden pointed to climate change as a factor that increases the severity of wildfires.

Responding to journalists' questions, Biden said that every step taken is shared with the new president's team, and he hopes they will continue these efforts. Regarding casualties, Biden stated, "They will likely increase." He also expressed that he is "worried" about the looting incidents occurring in the homes from which people have evacuated.

One of the most significant headlines regarding the fires is the burning of luxury homes belonging to Hollywood stars. It has been reported that the fire started near the luxury residential area called Pacific Palisades, where the mansions of Hollywood stars are located; many celebrities' luxury homes were damaged or burned in the fire.
