A gun was drawn in the argument! The father, shot by his son, lost his life.

In a dispute that broke out in a business center in Erzurum, the father was shot and killed by his son. The suspect was taken into custody by the police teams who arrived at the scene.



When the argument escalated, the father, Fahrettin A., 55, and his son, M.T.A., 25, had a dispute in an office on the 5th floor of a 7-story business center on Çaykara Street. As the argument turned into a fight, M.T.A. shot his father with a gun.



Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Health teams determined that Fahrettin A. had died. The Homicide and Robbery Bureau of the Provincial Police Department took the suspect, M.T.A., into custody. The body of the deceased father was taken to the Erzurum Forensic Medicine Institute after the investigation by the crime scene investigation teams.
