İYİ Party Bursa Deputy Yüksel Selçuk Türkoğlu drank water at the podium while addressing the members of Parliament during the General Assembly. At that moment, a warning came from the parliamentary benches: "It's Ramadan, you seem to have forgotten." Türkoğlu responded sharply to these warnings, saying, "I am diabetic. I haven't forgotten. I am paying my dues."

While addressing the deputies in the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), İYİ Party Bursa Deputy Yüksel Selçuk Türkoğlu suddenly drank water and stated that he is a diabetic and is not fasting, in response to the voices rising from the hall.
