The Ministry of Health's new "Health Reports Regulation" ushers in a digital and fast era for health reports. According to the regulation, many report processes can be carried out via e-Nabız, and some documents can now be obtained without going to the hospital.
With the new "Health Reports Regulation" published by the Ministry of Health, digitalization and a simplified application process for health reports are being introduced. The new regulation will allow report processes to be carried out via e-Nabız, some reports to be issued by three physicians, and remote renewal of disability reports.
REPORT APPLICATION CENTERS WILL BE ESTABLISHED
According to the new regulation, "Report Application Centers" will be established in secondary and tertiary healthcare institutions. Thus, it will be possible to initiate, monitor, and finalize health board reports from a single point. Additionally, existing disability health board reports can be used for the licensing processes of disabled athletes without the need for a separate report.
INTERNATIONAL FORMAT PERIOD FOR REPORTS
Within the scope of the regulation, a standard format application will be adopted for health reports. Reports cannot be issued in a format other than that determined by the Ministry. English language support will be added to reports, providing international usability.
THREE-PHYSICIAN REPORT SYSTEM COMING
In the new system, two basic health boards will be established: fully equipped and three-physician. Except for exceptions, reports can be issued by three physicians, and the requirement for seal and chief physician approval will be removed, speeding up the process.
For low-risk workplaces with fewer than 50 employees, entry reports will be issuable by all public physicians. Additionally, disability health reports and medication and medical device usage reports can be renewed remotely within the scope of home healthcare services coordination.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE MADE VIA E-NABIZ
The most notable part of the digitalization steps is the processes to be carried out via the e-Nabız application. All report applications can be made through e-Nabız, and written petition applications will end. For non-licensed sports and social activities, citizens will be able to obtain a "Health Status Certificate" via e-Nabız without visiting a physician.
Furthermore, there will be no need for physical archiving of reports issued through the e-Report system.
