REASSURING STATEMENT FROM NACİ GÖRÜR

Geoscientist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür stated in a social media post regarding the earthquake that there is no cause for concern. He noted that the earthquakes on February 6 had put a lot of stress on the region, saying, "The earthquake is due to that. My fellow citizens should be at ease."

"MY FELLOW CITIZENS SHOULD BE AT EASE"

In his social media statement, Görür included the following remarks: "A 4.9 earthquake occurred in Yaylanlı-Baskil/Elazığ.
