In Gaziantep, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, faced with a retired citizen's reproach, “You left us,” replied, “We did not leave; now we will embrace you again; if retirees are not at peace, peace will not come to the country.”
CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who paid a visit to Gaziantep, met with citizens in the city. During the visit, a dialogue between a retired citizen and Kılıçdaroğlu focused on the economy and livelihood difficulties drew attention.
"WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THESE RETIREES?"
Responding to the retired citizen who complained about insufficient salary, "What will happen to these retirees? I go to withdraw my salary, and by the time I get home there is no money left," Kılıçdaroğlu stated that the situation of retirees was not good.
"WE TRUSTED YOU, YOU ABANDONED US"
Upon the citizen's reproach, "We trusted you very much, but you abandoned us. What will happen to this nation?" Kılıçdaroğlu said, "We did not abandon you; now we will embrace you again. If retirees are not at peace, there will be no peace in the country."
