In the Selcuk district of Izmir, 77-year-old retired teacher Yasar Yilmaz lost his life after falling from the roof of an apartment building.
In the Selçuk district of İzmir, 77-year-old retired teacher Yaşar Yılmaz lost his life after falling from the roof of an apartment building.
The incident occurred around 8:00 PM in a 4-story apartment building on Abu Hayat Street in the Atatürk neighborhood of Selçuk district. According to the information obtained, retired teacher Yılmaz, who went up to the roof after hearing a sound coming from there, fell into the building's lighting shaft for a reason that has not yet been determined.
BODY TAKEN TO HOSPITAL MORGUE
Upon the notification, health teams were dispatched to the scene. In the examination conducted by the health teams, it was determined that Yılmaz had lost his life.
After the prosecutor's examination at the scene, Yılmaz's body was taken to the morgue of Selçuk State Hospital by a hearse. It was learned that Yılmaz had served as a school principal in the Selçuk district for a period.
