According to a statement from the Ministry of Interior, a meeting will be held today at 09:00 at the Security and Emergency Coordination Center (GAMER) within the Ministry to review the measures to be taken in and around schools.

Governors, provincial police chiefs, provincial gendarmerie commanders, and provincial national education directors will also participate in the meeting, which will be attended by Interior Minister Çiftçi and National Education Minister Tekin, via video conference system.

After the meeting, Minister Çiftçi will depart for Kahramanmaraş for the funeral ceremonies to be held for those who lost their lives in the armed attack at Ayser Çalık Middle School.
