A Shiite militia group known as the "Islamic Resistance in Iraq," backed by Iran and operating in Iraq, has placed a bounty on the head of US President Donald Trump.

In a written statement released by the group, it announced that $10 million would be awarded to the person or persons who kill Trump. The bounty is said to be covered by "donations collected from supporters."
