A disturbing allegation has emerged in Kocaeli. A teacher who was detained on the charge of harassing 24 female students for a year at the middle school where he worked in the Dilovası district has been arrested.
A teacher who is alleged to have harassed 24 students in the Dilovası district of Kocaeli has been arrested.
HE CONTINUED FOR 1 YEAR
After some female students attending Mübeccel Çolakoğlu Middle School in Turgut Özal Neighborhood reported to their families that their teacher O.M. had harassed them, the situation was reported to the school administration.
In interviews conducted by the school's guidance service with the students, it was claimed that the teacher had engaged in harassing behavior towards 24 female students for 1 year.
SENT TO PRISON
Following a complaint from the parents, police teams took action and detained the teacher. After processing at the police station, O.M. was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the court, then sent to Kandıra Prison.
