A truck collided with a municipal bus in Ankara! 1 dead, 1 injured.

A terrible accident occurred in the Malıköy area of Sincan district in Ankara. According to the information obtained, the trailer of a maneuvering truck hit a municipal bus that was trying to turn at that moment from behind.

ONE PERSON DIED, ONE PERSON INJURED

Upon the notification of the surrounding people, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the area. In the accident, one of the passengers, A.K. (48), lost his life, while S.Y. (20) was injured. The lifeless body of the deceased passenger was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institution, while the injured woman was taken to the hospital after the first intervention at the scene.

"THE BODY WAS IN A BAD CONDITION"

Arda Sarı, one of the eyewitnesses of the accident, said, "The truck maneuvered while the bus driver intervened. As a result, the truck crashed into the bus. One person died as a result of the accident. When we arrived, the area was very crowded. The passenger was sitting alone in the back. I saw the body, it was in very bad condition. One person was also injured, and they took him to the hospital as well," he said. Police teams have launched an investigation into the accident.
