A 20-year-old university student, who worked as a taxi driver on his days off to earn pocket money in Konya, was stabbed to death by individuals he had an argument with in traffic.

Eren Peker, a 20-year-old second-year student in the Furniture Decoration Department at Konya Technical University, was working at a taxi stand to earn some pocket money. After dropping off a customer, he got into an argument with a group for an unknown reason. Peker, whose way was blocked in traffic, was attacked with knives by the individuals he was arguing with. The young man was seriously injured with multiple stab wounds.
DIED IN THE HOSPITAL
Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification from the surrounding people. After the initial intervention by the health teams at the scene, Peker was taken by ambulance to Konya City Hospital. Despite all interventions, the university student lost his life.
The young man's lifeless body was sent to his hometown of Karaman to be buried after the autopsy conducted at the Konya Forensic Medicine Institution. The police have launched an operation to capture the suspects who fled after the murder.
