Those who saw the woman lying motionless in Aksu Creek in the Barça village of Giresun notified the teams. While medical teams determined in their examination that the woman had died, the person was identified as 72-year-old dementia patient Leman Kara.

FOUND LYING MOTIONLESS IN THE STREAM
Citizens who saw a woman lying motionless in Aksu Stream in Barça village, affiliated with the center, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, 112 Emergency Health, gendarmerie, and AFAD teams were dispatched to the area.
CAUSE OF DEATH UNKNOWN
In the examination carried out by the teams, it was determined that the body belonged to Leman Kara (72), who was stated to have dementia. The woman's body was taken to the morgue of Giresun University Training and Research Hospital in order to determine the exact cause of death.
