A woman who claimed she was defrauded of 1 million 500 thousand Turkish Liras by a real estate agent in the Turgutlu district of Manisa climbed to the rooftop of a 4-story building in a suicide attempt. The woman was persuaded by police teams and brought down.

A woman who claimed that a real estate agent defrauded her in Turgutlu district of Manisa climbed to the roof of a 4-story building and attempted suicide. 

ANGRY AT REAL ESTATE AGENT, CLIMBED TO ROOF

According to the information obtained, citizens who saw N.G. climbing to the rooftop of a 4-story building on the old Manisa road reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, health, fire brigade, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. N.G., who claimed she was defrauded by the real estate agent and suffered a financial loss of approximately 1 million 500 thousand TL, was persuaded to abandon her action as a result of the police teams' prolonged efforts at persuasion.

FAINTED AT THE SCENE

The woman, brought down from the rooftop, fainted at the scene due to the great tension and sorrow she experienced. After the health teams' initial intervention at the scene, N.G. was taken to the hospital by ambulance and placed under treatment. A comprehensive investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
