A 47-year-old Turkish Red Crescent nurse, Eda Kerim Tekin, collapsed while training at a gym in Zonguldak. Tekin passed away at the hospital she was taken to.
A woman who collapsed in a gym in Zonguldak has died.
COLLAPSED WHILE TRAINING
Nurse Eda Kerim Tekin (47), who works at the Turkish Red Crescent Zonguldak Branch, collapsed while training at a gym in the Bahçelievler neighborhood. After the first intervention by the health teams who arrived at the gym upon notification, Tekin was taken to Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Hospital.
DIED
Despite the intervention made here, Tekin could not be saved. Kürşat Yağız, the President of the Turkish Red Crescent Zonguldak Branch, told AA correspondent that Tekin had served the Turkish Red Crescent for 21 years, stating, "She was a very beloved, good person. I pray for God's mercy, and I wish condolences to her family and loved ones."
