"Unfortunately, a kind of turbulence has emerged within our home in recent days. With nearly three years left until the next elections, while some problems could be solved through political dialogue and formulas, staying in such a turmoil will not move us forward.
"UNJUSTICE SHOULD NOT BE DONE TO EKREM İMAMOĞLU"
Let us remember how the public conscience did not accept the injustices done to Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and myself in the past. Similar wrongs should not be done to Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was elected mayor by the will of the people.
"WE HAVE NO LUXURY TO EXPERIENCE SIMILAR TROUBLES"
We have no luxury to turn back time or to experience similar troubles again. There was no need for initiatives that would pave the way for this. Such turmoil has brought no good to any segment in Turkey, neither to the government nor to the opposition, and it will not. We must not lose law and justice. Otherwise, Turkey will lose."
