In the "Free Syria" category, Ilıcalı voted for Murat Şengül's photo titled "The Power of the People," and in the "Natural Life and Environment" category, he voted for Daniel Ceng's photo titled "Walking Path." Ilıcalı preferred İsa Terli's photo titled '7 hills, 5 minarets, 1 tower' in the "Daily Life" category, while in the "News" category, he chose Ali Jadallah's photo titled "The Oppressed." "DZEKO'S PHOTO AFFECTED ME A LOT"Fenerbahçe Club Vice President Acun Ilıcalı lastly reviewed the photos in the "Sports" category during the voting.
Individually examining the photos, Ilıcalı was torn between Halil Sağırkaya's photo titled "Blockade," which depicts Arda Güler's struggle against 4 opponents in a match against Austria during the European Championship after transferring from Fenerbahçe to Real Madrid, and the shot of Edin Dzeko being held by Noah Sonko-Sundberg during the Net Global Sivasspor match. Ilıcalı cast his vote for Cemal Yurttaş's photo titled "Don't Go, Stop," which features Edin Dzeko, expressing that he really liked the photo and stated:
"There are beautiful photos, but Dzeko's photo affected me a lot. In the photo, I saw a Fenerbahçe player who seems to be pulled down by someone but stands tall, struggles, and fights. I think this is a very beautiful message for our community; I really liked this photo."
