PRAISE FOR MCBURNIE
Speaking on TV8 about Oli McBurnie, one of Hull City's most effective players throughout the season, Acun Ilıcalı heaped praise on the striker.
“HE WOULDN’T SCORE LESS THAN 25 AT FENERBAHÇE”
In his statement, Ilıcalı said, “I truly mean it, if he were at Fenerbahçe he wouldn’t score less than 25 goals. He scores whatever comes to him, man. That’s his trait, if the ball comes he scores.”
“HE SCORED 18 GOALS”
Referring to McBurnie’s performance, Ilıcalı added, “I said Oli McBurnie would score more than 15 goals, and he scored 18. He’s an amazing kid. I told him I would get him an incredible gift if he scores 20 goals. His chance is still going.”
