The reason behind the incident in which a 22-year-old young man in Adana shot and killed two of his friends and then committed suicide by shooting himself in the head upon realizing he would be caught has been revealed. It was learned that the young man held a grudge against his friends, claiming they spoke ill of him behind his back, and told his relatives, "They have wronged me," before going to the apartment where the murders took place.
On April 23rd, around 5:00 PM, a chilling incident occurred in an apartment in the Gürselpaşa neighborhood of the Seyhan district in Adana. Mehmet Eser (22) met with Mesut Savuran (37) and Abdülhakim Demirbaş (20), with whom he had a feud, after talking on the phone.
HE KILLED 2 OF HIS FRIENDS WITH A GUN
Eser shot Savuran and Demirbaş in the chest with a gun during a fight that broke out after exchanging insults and fled. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the address following reports from apartment residents who heard the gunshots. Upon inspection by the teams, it was determined that Savuran and Demirbaş had lost their lives.
HE COMMITTED SUICIDE WHEN HE REALIZED HE COULDN'T ESCAPE
After the incident, the homicide bureau teams identified that the suspect Eser, who had fled, was hiding in an apartment in the Reşatbey neighborhood. Noticing the police conducting an operation at the address, Eser attempted to escape by climbing onto the roof of the building. Realizing he would be caught, Mehmet Eser ended his life by shooting himself in the head with the murder weapon.
HE SAID "THEY DISHONORED ME"
In the investigation related to the murder, it was revealed that Eser had a feud with Savuran and Demirbaş, claiming they insulted and cursed him behind his back. It was stated that shortly before the incident, Eser told his relatives, "They dishonored me," and then went to the apartment where he committed the murder.
