A massive championship celebration was held in Diyarbakır in honor of Amedspor’s historic first promotion to the Süper Lig. Türk, along with mayors and deputies, linked arms and performed a championship halay dance at Diyarbakır Newroz Park. The experienced political figure created a historic image by celebrating Amedspor's success together with the public on the field.
