AK Party Deputy Faruk Çelik announces a series of investment good news for Artvin

AK Party Artvin Deputy Faruk Çelik announced major projects for Artvin following intensive ministerial meetings in Ankara. Çelik revealed that the tender for a project consisting of 191 disaster-resistant and 127 social housing units, totaling 318 homes to be built in Yusufeli district, will be held on July 17. He also announced that protocols have been finalized for the Arhavi Organized Industrial Zone, small industrial site investments, and a 150-bed student dormitory to be brought to the district, which will revitalize the city's economy.

WILL ADD VALUE TO ARTVİN

Speaking after his ministerial meetings in Ankara, Çelik stated that projects to be implemented in housing, industry, and education will add value to Artvin.

Çelik first met with Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum to evaluate the needs and investment demands of Artvin and its districts. Thanking Minister Kurum for his support, Çelik noted that the meeting was productive.

Çelik also met with Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, announcing that final evaluations were made regarding the Artvin Small Industrial Site and Arhavi Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) projects. Stating that these investments will significantly contribute to Artvin's economy and employment, Çelik wished for the projects to be auspicious.

YUSUFELİ 318 HOUSING TENDER ON JULY 17

Faruk Çelik announced that the tender for 318 houses to be built in Yusufeli district will be held on July 17. Of the houses, 71 will be built in Sancak Neighborhood, 145 in Livane Neighborhood, and 102 in Kaçkar Neighborhood.

The project will include 191 3+1 disaster houses and 127 social houses. Of the social houses, 12 will be 1+1 units, and 115 will be 2+1 apartments.

150-BED STUDENT DORMITORY TO BE BUILT

Another good news for Yusufeli came in the field of education. Under the leadership of TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay, a 150-bed student dormitory will be brought to the district through a protocol signed with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Stating that the protocol was signed by TÜRK-İŞ officials and Prof. Süleyman Şahin, General Director of Investments and Operations at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Çelik thanked Ergün Atalay for his contributions and wished the investment to be beneficial for Yusufeli.

Emphasizing that investments for Artvin will continue, Faruk Çelik stated that they will resolutely continue their efforts for the development of the city and improving the quality of life of its citizens.
