Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Besim Dutlulu made a statement regarding claims that he would switch to the AK Party. Rejecting the claims that he met with Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum, Hamza Dağ and Mücahit Arınç, Dutlulu put an end to the claims with the words, "I am watching the news in the press with astonishment. There is no truth to the news."
