While everyone united for 8-year-old Narin, who left her home in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır on August 21, 2024, and never returned, the lifeless body of the little girl was found 19 days later in a sack by a stream. In the investigation into the murder of the little girl, her mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, uncle Salim Güran, and the informant Nevzat Bahtiyar are being tried in custody. One of the striking findings in the case was the Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) enzyme detected in Narin's underwear. Lawyer Buket Nurşah Tekışık, who was a guest on Buket Aydın's YouTube broadcast, made evaluations regarding the murder that shocked all of Turkey.

Tekışık, who stated that she examined the forensic reports, said, "There is something called PSA. It refers to a fluid that is present in males during sexual activity. Forensic Medicine says it found this. But there is a situation. It can also be produced in women. There were these findings on Narin Güran as well. This fluid is found in girls who have gone through puberty. Narin Güran is only eight years old, so it is impossible for Narin to produce this fluid. This situation suggests sexual abuse. This incident is an incomprehensible situation for a mother to behave this way, as it could cause outrage in society. I think these people lack empathy. What could be protected there, what could be more valuable than a girl's life, what kind of issue could it be? The judiciary is progressing very quickly. A phone call of the brother has emerged.
