In Adana, Alparslan Kuytul and his wife Semra Kuytul, who were referred to the court with a request for arrest in the operation against the Alparslan Kuytul criminal organization, were arrested. The court proceedings continue for the other suspects.
Within the scope of the investigation coordinated by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and conducted with the Provincial Police Department, police teams carried out a simultaneous operation in 6 provinces on August 19 against the 'Alparslan Kuytul Criminal Organization', raiding the homes of the group's leader Alparslan Kuytul and many others.
56 PEOPLE WERE DETAINED
Following the searches conducted at the homes, 56 individuals, including Alparslan Kuytul and his wife Semra Kuytul, were detained on charges of establishing and managing a criminal organization, membership in an organization, laundering of property values derived from crime, qualified fraud, forgery of official documents, and violating the Tax Procedure Law.
ALPARSLAN KUYTUL AND HIS WIFE WERE ARRESTED
The suspects were referred to the courthouse yesterday after their procedures at the police station. Among the suspects, 44 were referred to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request for arrest and 9 with a request for judicial control; Alparslan Kuytul and his wife Semra Kuytul were arrested and sent to prison. The trial continues for the other suspects.
