"PERPETRATORS OUT" PROTEST IN KADIKÖY
Ozan Güven, who went to an entertainment venue in Kadıköy with actor Mehmet Aslantuğ, faced strong reactions from citizens at the venue. Tension escalated after chants of "Perpetrators out" rose from the group. As the intensity of the reactions increased, the famous actor had to hastily leave the venue where he was sitting.
"I AM ALSO A HUMAN BEING"
Breaking his silence after the protest, Ozan Güven described the backlash he faced as a "lynching" in a written statement. In his statement, Güven said:
"Targeting a person in public, judging them without a hearing, and humiliating them is a boundary violation. Silence should not mean ignoring a person's dignity.
