According to AFAD data, a 4.5 magnitude earthquake occurred in Kütahya in the morning, followed by another tremor of 4.6 at 10:20. The earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers, caused panic, and education was suspended for one day in the Simav district and surrounding villages.

According to the data from the Ministry of Interior Disaster and Emergency Management Authority, after the earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 that occurred in the morning hours, another tremor of 4.6 magnitude occurred at 10:20 AM.

After the earthquake, education was suspended for 1 day in the Simav district of Kütahya and surrounding villages. Meanwhile, in a statement from AFAD, it was stated, "As of now, there is no negative situation following the 4.6 magnitude earthquake that occurred in the Simav district of Kütahya at 10:20 AM. Field scanning activities are ongoing. We extend our best wishes to the affected citizens."
