Under the coordination of the Turkish Armed Forces, the EFES Exercise, which attracts intense international interest, once again showcases the domestic and national power of the defense industry. ASELSAN, one of the largest participants in the Defense Industry Exhibition organized in coordination with the Presidency of Defense Industries concurrently with the exercise, stands out with its advanced technology solutions, capturing the attention of both visitors and military delegations.
SYSTEMS PROVEN EFFECTIVE IN THE FIELD
ASELSAN, while showcasing next-generation defense systems at its stand in the exercise area, also draws attention with its products actively used by the Turkish Armed Forces, demonstrating impressive performance. The success of the systems operating in scenarios involving real combat conditions once again proves ASELSAN's operational reliability and effectiveness in the field.
ASELSAN's systems, which stand out with high durability, rapid reaction capability, and integrated mission performance, are among the solutions that meet the needs of the modern battlefield. The performance of game-changing technologies working in coordination with different units throughout the exercise highlighted the level achieved by the national defense industry.
KOCATEPE USED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE EXERCISE
ASELSAN attracted great interest at the Defense Industry Exhibition, where it participated with dozens of national systems from its wide product range, including electronic warfare, communication systems, electro-optical systems, and command control equipment. The KOCATEPE Battlefield Management System, developed by ASELSAN, was used for the first time in the breathtaking exercise closely followed by the entire world. KOCATEPE provided a comprehensive picture of the operational area at every level for commanders and command post personnel.
At the stand, numerous systems were displayed, including the Korkut 25 Air Defense System, Kılıç OSA, Tufan Kamikaze UAV, electro-optical systems, and elements of ÇELİKKUBBE.
The KORKUT 35 Low Altitude Air Defense System, developed by ASELSAN, stood out as one of the most remarkable indigenous elements of the exercise. KORKUT, with its ability to fire fragmenting ammunition, provided effective day-and-night defense against modern aerial threats, including UAVs and missiles.
HIGH PERFORMANCE FROM NATIONAL SYSTEMS
In EFES, ARTSoft MAESTRO, a secure messaging, file transfer, and live video call software resistant to electronic warfare conditions, was also used. During the exercise, ASELSAN deployed over thirty systems, including the ACAR UAV Detection Radar, the Ground-Based Electronic Support System MİLKED, the Modernized Towed Howitzer, KALKAN Air Defense, SERHAT Mortar Detection Radar, the Electro-Optical Targeting Pod ASELPOD, the UAV Countermeasure System İHTAR, and critical components of ÇELİKKUBBE such as SİPER and HİSAR air defense systems.
ASELSAN's solutions used in the field were closely examined by numerous foreign military delegations and industry representatives. ASELSAN's field-proven technologies stood out as concrete examples of the Turkish defense industry's rise in global competition.
