The magnificent wedding of the couple Sipan Öter and Rojin Ercan in the village of Mutluca, located in the district of Beytüşşebap, lasted two days and two nights. At the wedding, attended by thousands of guests, folk dances were performed until late hours under the giant crescent-star flag hung in the wedding area. 35 sheep were slaughtered at the wedding.

At the wedding that lasted two days and two nights, the bride was presented with gold worth 3 million, and the groom was given 3 million in cash. The groom's best man, Seyfullah Engin, stated that thousands of guests from surrounding villages and abroad attended. Engin, who reported that the bride and groom received 6 million in gifts, said, "What matters is unity and solidarity, not money. As the best man, I gave 250 thousand in gifts. Our traditions are very beautiful. Our wedding went smoothly and without incident."
