In Istanbul's Arnavutkoy district, the moment a person inflicted violence on a horse was captured on a mobile phone camera. While people in the vicinity, hearing the horse's cries, reacted and intervened, the suspect left the area along with the horse. Police teams have launched an operation to apprehend the suspect.
A person whose identity has not yet been determined started beating a horse next to them on Abdullah Gül Avenue in the Arnavutköy district of Istanbul.

People nearby who heard the screams of the horse subjected to violence reacted to the situation and intervened with the suspect. Following the intervention of those around, the suspect fled the scene with the horse.
