Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Bayramov announced that they have reached an agreement on all the articles of the peace agreement with Armenia.
Minister Bayramov made statements to journalists within the framework of the 12th Global Baku Forum.
Referring to the peace process with Armenia, Bayramov stated, "Negotiations regarding the text of the peace agreement have been completed. There were 2 articles on which no consensus was reached. Armenia has accepted Azerbaijan's proposals on these 2 articles. Work on the text has been completed."
Bayramov said that their next expectation is the removal of articles in the Armenian constitution and other legal regulations that contradict Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Emphasizing that changing the Armenian constitution is one of the necessary conditions for peace, Bayramov expressed that the OSCE Minsk Group should also be dissolved.
