Fenerbahçe Club announced that Maraton Lower E Block would be reorganized on the grounds that it disrupted the unity of the stands. The demolition of the Chobani Stadium's Maraton Lower E Block stand has begun.

DEMOLITION BEGINS IN THE MARATON LOWER STAND
Following the club's announcement on June 12, demolition of the specific tribune section began just three days later. Located at the exact center of Fenerbahçe Chobani Stadium, the VIP area with approximately 370 seats, criticized for dividing fan enthusiasm during matches, is being completely converted into a standard tribune layout. Through this modernization and expansion work, the section's spectator capacity will increase to 670. Thus, stadium integrity will be achieved and fan pressure in the stands will be intensified.
MANAGEMENT TO COVER THE COST
Financial details of this project, initiated in response to intense demands from congress members and fans, have also been clarified. According to the statement, all expenses of the renovation and construction work will be covered by the board of directors; no additional expenditure will be made from the club's treasury.
TO BE READY FOR THE FIRST OFFICIAL MATCH
In the project, which is approached with sensitivity to protect the rights of current season ticket holders, ticket transfer rules are being reviewed to ensure stand continuity. In the statement from the club, it was noted that construction work has begun without delay and the renovated tribune will be ready by the first official match of the new season. On this path taken with the aim of championship, the goal is to create a unified and much stronger tribune atmosphere.
