The rise in oil prices has been reflected in fuel costs. Starting tonight at midnight, a price increase of 2 lira 28 kurus for diesel and 95 kurus for gasoline is expected. With the increase, diesel prices are projected to rise to 71 lira 61 kurus in Istanbul, 72 lira 73 kurus in Ankara, and 73 lira 1 kurus in Izmir. While tensions in the Middle East drive up oil prices, it is stated that new price hikes may be on the agenda in the coming days.
The rise in oil prices is reflected as an increase in fuel prices. According to industry sources, as of midnight tonight, the liter price of diesel will increase by 2 lira 28 kurus, and the liter price of gasoline will increase by 95 kurus.
PRICES RISE AFTER THE HIKE
With the new increase, diesel prices are expected to rise significantly in major cities. Accordingly, the liter price of diesel will rise to approximately 71 lira 61 kurus in Istanbul, 72 lira 73 kurus in Ankara, and 73 lira 1 kurus in Izmir. The liter price of gasoline will be 63 lira 71 kurus in Istanbul, 64 lira 66 kurus in Ankara, and 64 lira 95 kurus in Izmir.

CURRENT FUEL PRICES
According to current prices before the hike, on the European side of Istanbul, the liter price of gasoline is 62 lira 76 kurus, diesel is 69 lira 35 kurus, and LPG is 34 lira 99 kurus. On the Anatolian side, gasoline is sold at 62 lira 62 kurus, diesel at 69 lira 21 kurus, and LPG at 34 lira 39 kurus.
In Ankara, the liter price of gasoline is 63 lira 73 kurus, diesel is 70 lira 47 kurus, and LPG is 34 lira 87 kurus; while in Izmir, gasoline is at 64 lira 1 kurus, diesel at 70 lira 75 kurus, and LPG at 34 lira 79 kurus.
