The leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahçeli, made a striking written statement. Referring to the call of terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan, Bahçeli stated, "The ceasefire statement is not a correct, balanced, or accurate statement. Because there is absolutely no existence of a moral, logical, legitimate, and legal environment that serves as a stage for the mutual relations and struggles of equal and sovereign powers when talking about a ceasefire regime."
The process that began with MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli's message of "Terror-Free Turkey" continued with the call of terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan to the organization to "Lay down your arms."
"ARMS MUST BE SURRENDERED"
In a new assessment regarding the process, MHP leader Bahçeli stated, "The PKK terrorist organization and affiliated groups must immediately and unconditionally lay down their arms, and even surrender their bloody weapons to the Republic of Turkey."
"IT IS NOT A BALANCED AND ACCURATE STATEMENT"
Referring to Öcalan's call, Bahçeli said, "The ceasefire statement is not a correct, balanced, and accurate statement. Because there is absolutely no existence of a moral, logical, legitimate, and legal environment that is the scene of mutual relations and struggles of equal and sovereign powers to talk about a ceasefire regime. On the contrary, every proposal to be made and every word to be said is a unilateral distraction and is futile."
"THE DISARMAMENT OF THE TERRORIST ORGANIZATION IS AN INDISPENSABLE NECESSITY"
In a period where global politics and strategic relations are pregnant with many shocking developments, the disarmament of the terrorist organization along with all its extensions and connections is an indispensable necessity. In today's world, where geopolitical fractures are dangerously prevalent, there is a high-level need for the functionality and operability of the spirit of national unity and solidarity. The separatist terrorist organization must act in accordance with the call of the founding leadership on February 27, separate itself from weapons without putting forward any conditions, and terminate its organizational existence. Beyond this, no action, imagination, or delay effort will be considered innocent and reasonable.
"THE DYNAMICS OF CHAOS ARE EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE AND ACTIVE"
Discussions that are increasingly solidifying around the definition of Turkish citizenship, which is a mandatory provision in the Constitution, have a more destructive and toxic function than freedom of expression and thought, and our sincere expectation is for this malicious chaos to be swiftly concluded. Regionally qualified chaos dynamics are extremely effective and active."
