The Istanbul Governorship has decided to temporarily close some metro stations in the city due to International Women's Day on March 8. It was reported that the Taksim station of the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman Metro Line and the İstiklal Avenue entrance of the Şişhane station, as well as the F1 Taksim-Kabataş Funicular Line, will be closed to operations starting at 2:00 PM today.
