Bahçeli's first comment on the conflicts in Syria: Assad should establish contact with Turkey without preconditions.

MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli spoke for the first time about the operation launched by the opposition against Bashar al-Assad's regime in Syria and the ongoing conflicts. Bahçeli stated, "Assad, who has not taken Turkey's outstretched hand until today, should establish contact with Turkey without any preconditions. It is our sincere wish for Syria, with which we share the longest border, to achieve stability. Diplomacy between Turkey and Syria should be revitalized."

As of Friday, November 27, armed opposition groups that launched operations against the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria have completely taken over Tel Rifaat after Aleppo and Idlib.

THEY TOOK CONTROL OF 16 AREAS IN HAMA

The advance of the opposition, which has taken control of 16 areas in Hama, the country's fourth largest city, has led to significant clashes in the region, while MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli did not remain indifferent to the issue.

"THE STONES THAT HAVE BEEN DISPLACED IN OUR REGION HAVE NOT YET SETTLED"

Speaking for the first time about the clashes in Syria at his party's group meeting, Bahçeli said, "The stones that have been displaced in our region have not yet settled. The chaotic climate is becoming increasingly severe. New fronts are being opened in the spiral of occupation that has lasted for 14 years in Syria. We must adopt an attitude that prioritizes our country and nation, adhering to the vision of the capital Ankara. This is what the Turkish state is doing. Respect for the political and territorial integrity of the Syrian Arab Republic is essential.

"ASSAD MUST ESTABLISH CONTACT WITH TURKEY UNCONDITIONALLY"

The Syrian Arab Republic is in a controversial state dependent on a life support device. Assad has not grasped Turkey's outstretched hand. Assad must establish contact with Turkey unconditionally. It is our sincere wish for Syria, with which we share the longest border, to achieve stability. Diplomacy between Turkey and Syria should be revitalized. The Assad administration must come to its senses. The Assad administration cannot withdraw into its shell and survive.

"KURDS ARE OUR SOUL, PKK, YPG, PYD ARE OUR MORTAL ENEMIES"

Kurds are our soul, PKK, YPG, PYD are our mortal enemies. DEM will either become a Turkish party or will have no choice but to perish. Terror will either end, and Turkey will awaken in spring, or the separatist killers will not escape being live targets one by one until the last armed terrorist," he said.
