ORGANIZER: TUĞÇE GÜNEY
It was determined that Tuğçe Güney, the responsible for the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Youth Center arrested in the previous stage of the investigation, was in the position of organizer within the organization. In the file, it was found that 4 people, along with Güney, acted as organizers. Police teams did not give up despite the digital obstacle of Tuğçe Güney, who tried to prevent the examination by not giving the password of her mobile phone when she was taken into custody. The teams, who deepened the investigation through other physical surveillance, technical findings and connections obtained, reached the 7 suspects of the third-wave operation of the network, which had been operating systematically since 2021, through Güney's connections.
THEY DIRECTED THEM TO THE MAYOR WITH THE PROMISE OF A JOB
In the investigation file regarding the network designed by Tuğçe Güney and the accompanying organizers, horrifying details about Muhittin Böcek, the suspended Mayor of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, were included. According to the determinations and victim statements in the file; it was alleged that 11 young women were directed with the promise of being employed and forced to be with Muhittin Böcek. It was claimed that most of these women, who fell into the net of Tuğçe Güney and the network, were later placed in jobs in municipal subsidiaries.
NAUSEATING VICTIM STATEMENTS IN THE FILE
In the expanded investigation file, victim statements containing not only prostitution with the promise of a job but much heavier allegations against Muhittin Böcek were included. It was learned that the file contained striking statements regarding Böcek having group sexual intercourse, having relationships with two sisters at the same time, and being with underage girls.
