HISTORICAL AGREEMENT FOR THE FUTURE
The black-and-white club signed a cooperation protocol with Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. to develop a project on a 15,382.49 square meter property located in the Dikilitaş neighborhood of Istanbul. With this agreement, it is aimed to further strengthen Beşiktaş's financial structure with the income generated from the project.
Here is Beşiktaş's statement;
"In order to make our club financially completely independent, to establish our financial structure on more solid foundations, and to open up areas for investments that will take our sporting successes even further, our Board of Directors, led by Serdal Adalı, who implemented the capital increase at our subsidiary Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları San. ve Tic. A.Ş., has taken another historic step in this direction.
Our club has signed a cooperation protocol with Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. to develop a project on our property with an area of 15,382.49 m² located in the Dikilitaş neighborhood.
With the income generated from the project to be developed with Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., our club will achieve a strong financial structure.
