In Buckeye, Arizona, USA, a chilling sexual assault and conspiracy incident worthy of a movie script occurred. It emerged that a mother of two, who fought for her life against a stranger who broke into her home, was actually the target of a sick trap set online by her own fiancé.
The incident occurred on the evening of October 16. 23-year-old Zarian Dyer left his fiancée Bella Torres alone at home with their two-month-old son and 17-month-old daughter under the pretext of grocery shopping. Minutes after Dyer left, 20-year-old Adrian Ayala appeared at the door and forced his way in by kicking the door under the pretext of using the toilet, attacking the unfortunate woman.
Bella Torres, who experienced horror as the attacker choked her while the babies slept at home, engaged in a relentless struggle with the man to protect her children. During the scuffle, the attacker locked himself and the unfortunate woman in the bathroom and tried to sexually abuse the young woman. However, the brave mother did not give up and managed to drag the attacker out of the bathroom and outside the house, all the way to the driveway.
"Your Boyfriend Said You Would Like This"
In shocking footage captured by the home's security cameras, moments when Torres tried to keep the attacker, who was trying to lunge at her, away from her by slapping and pushing him were recorded moment by moment. During the struggle, Ayala telling the young woman, "Your boyfriend told me you would like this," became the biggest clue that would completely change the course of the incident.
Chased the Attacker Down the Street
The brave mother not only drove the suspect back with her struggle and got him away from the house, but also chased him down the street. After this report by the attentive woman, who committed to memory the vehicle and part of the license plate of the suspect fleeing the scene, police caught and detained attacker Adrian Ayala the next day.
Horrifying Truth Emerged in Phone Examination
After attacker Ayala claimed in his initial statement that he had been incited by the woman's fiancé, the Buckeye Police Department launched a large-scale investigation. Detectives who examined the phones and electronic devices of both the suspect and the woman's fiancé, Zarian Dyer, obtained correspondence between the two men in which this disgusting attack was planned step by step. It was established that the young woman was completely unaware of this treacherous plan and had never consented to the attack.
Two Suspects Arrested
Police teams, in line with the evidence obtained, caught the fiancé Zarian Dyer, the mastermind of the plan, at his workplace on October 29. Dyer was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit a crime. Attacker Adrian Ayala is being tried on charges of kidnapping, violation of the inviolability of the home, and aggravated assault.
Although the suspect's lawyer argued in court that the incident was "a misunderstanding consisting of a role-play scenario," the judge rejected this claim. In the incident that caused outrage worldwide, it was reported that the trial of sexual attacker Ayala will begin on April 1, 2027.
