Former AK Party Deputy Şamil Tayyar claimed that a governors’ decree was about to be published. Tayyar, who alleged that the scope of the decree was expanded after it was determined that some governors were linked to a fund, said he heard that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is determined to dismiss bureaucrats associated with the fund. Tayyar had also made striking allegations about Muğla Governor İdris Akbıyık a day earlier.
Former AK Party MP Şamil Tayyar made striking claims about the governors' decree in a statement on his social media account.
Tayyar, noting that the decree had been expected to be published earlier, claimed that its scope was expanded due to the fund investigation and that it had reached the final stage.
“THE GOVERNORS' DECREE IS IMMINENT”
Tayyar used the following statements in his post:
“I heard that the governors' decree is imminent. It is being finalized. In fact, it had been expected to be published earlier. When it was determined that some governors were implicated in the fund, the scope was expanded. I think the decree will be published without much delay.”
“ERDOĞAN IS DETERMINED ON BUREAUCRATS”
In the continuation of his post, Şamil Tayyar claimed that President Erdoğan is determined to remove from office not only governors but also bureaucrats linked to the fund.
Tayyar concluded his statement with these words: “I hear that our President @RTErdogan is determined to remove from office not only governors but also bureaucrats linked to the fund. This determination is as important as remedying the grievances.”
STRIKING CLAIMS ABOUT THE MUĞLA GOVERNOR
In a statement the day before, Şamil Tayyar had claimed that Muğla Governor İdris Akbıyık's name was also mentioned in claims regarding the fund fraud. Tayyar had stated that there were claims that Akbıyık increased his money in the fund, in which he invested 20 million lira, to 50 million lira.
He had also stated that it was being talked about that Akbıyık had close relations with former Minister of Family and Social Services Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and TERA manager Emre Tezmen.
“THE FUND RACKET AND TRICKERY CANNOT BE PRIVATE LIFE”
Tayyar had claimed that when Governor Akbıyık was reminded of the allegations in question, he responded, “Do I have to answer, brother? It's my private life.”
Reacting to these words, Tayyar had used the following statements:
“Yes, you have to answer, Governor. The ‘frontier lord’ of our President in Muğla protects the rights of the people, not his own. The fund racket and trickery cannot be ‘private life.’ Please do what is required of you and leave that post.”
